INC is Plaintiff, and LUIS U. IBANEZ; CHI YON CHOE; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT I N/K/A ROBERT CAULEY and UNKNOWN TENANTS 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
