NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CC-008407 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TOSCANA TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSN. INC is Plaintiff, and LUIS U. IBANEZ; CHI YON CHOE; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT I N/K/A ROBERT CAULEY and UNKNOWN TENANTS 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block A of VILLAS OF TOSCNA TOWNHOMES according to the map or plat recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 47, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; the street address of which is: 3105 Toscana Circle Tampa, FL 33611.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
