NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-001819 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A.1 1Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and VICTOR MANUEL VASQUEZ; VERONICA SILVA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A NHE DANG, and TENANT #2 N/K/A HANH DANG are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 07/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
