Thence North 00° 43' 00”, East, a distance of 14.0 feet; thence South 89° 17' 00”, West, a distance of 40.0 feet thence South 00° 43' 00” West, a distance of 14.0 feet, thence North 89° 17' 00” West, a distance of 40.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
