Run thence North 89 Degrees 10 minutes 34 seconds E., along the North line of said Government Lot 1, a distance of 167.00 feet; thence S. 0 degrees 32 minutes 07 seconds W., along a line parallel to the West line of said Government Lot 1, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the existing Southerly right-of-way line of Riverview Drive, (Right-of-Way by Occupation); thence N. 89 degrees 10 minutes 34 seconds E., along said Southerly right-of-way line of Riverview Drive, as occupied, a distance of 158.50 feet for the point of beginning. Continue thence N. 89 degrees 10 minutes 34 seconds E., along said Southerly right of way line of Riverview Drive, as occupied, a distance of 139.50 feet; thence S. 0 degrees 32 minutes 07 seconds W., along a line parallel to the West line of said Government Lot 1, a distance of 170.16 feet; thence S. 89 degrees 10 minutes 34 seconds W., along a line parallel to the Southerly right-of-way line of Riverview Drive as occupied, a distance of 128.50 feet; thence N. 03 degrees 10 minutes 06 seconds W., a distance of 170.25 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan, PLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2727 West Cypress Creek Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, July 8, 2013 otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
