NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-014266 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALICIA CMEHIL A/K/A ALICIA A. CHEHIL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; W.S.
