NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 25, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-005709 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JOEL GONZALEZ; YEIMY CARRASCO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SEBRING CAPITAL PARTNERS, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE; TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
