NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated March 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-013144 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the day of 27th day of June, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, HERITAGE HARBOR - PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
