NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2013, and entered in case 12-5681-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein East Lake Woodlands Cypress Estates Condominium Unit Three Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and The Estate of MARY LOU SLACK, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors of MARY LOU SLACK and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against MARY LOU SLACK and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors, or other parties claiming interest by, through or under those unknown natural persons; and all claimants, persons or parties natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the property hereafter described and all others whom it may concern; KEIR SLACK; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 28, 2013 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium unit composed of Unit Number 102 and an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, restrictions, reservations, limitations, conditions, liens, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of condominium of EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTTES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded among the current public records of Pinellas County, Florida, in Official Records Book 5039, page 58 through 126, inclusive, and re-recorded in Official Record Book 5043, Page 182 through 250, inclusive, together with any amendments thereto.
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
