NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on May 23, 2013 by the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 1011, OF WINDJAMMER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 111, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 7935, PAGE 465 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 3, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
