That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 402, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of WINDJAMMER, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 7935, Page 465, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 111, Pages 1 through 13, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 1, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
