NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated May 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-008256 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and HEATHER L. KNIGHT, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 10th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 8 AND THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 6, BAY VISTA PARK REPLAT, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
