NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-012284, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and PAOLA EMILIA LOMBARDI A/K/A PAOLA E. LOMBARDI-LARSON A/K/A PAOLA E. LARSON A/K/A PAOLA LARSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAOLA EMILIA LOMBARDI A/K/A PAOLA E. LOMBARDI-LARSON A/K/A PAOLA E. LARSON A/K/A PAOLA LARSON; CURT LARSON A/K/A CURT R. LARSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HOME EQUITY OF AMERICA, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT FOUR (4) LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH FIVE (5) FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY - BLOCK ONE (1), MRS. SARAH MCMULLEN'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
