NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on May 21, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT 92, EAST LAKE WOODLAND CYPRESS ESTATES UNIT THREE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 42, Pages 81 through 85 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5039, Page 58, as re-recorded in Official Records Book 5043, Page 182, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 12th of July, 2013, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
