NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA003293XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ANN MARIE BRADL, ISPC, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANN MARIE BRADL and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25 day of June, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, ROSEMARY PARK SUBDIVISION 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
