NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-002721 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2005-AP2, is the Plaintiff and Gary Rhodes, Roary Rhodes a/k/a Roary D. Rhodes, SunTrust Bank, are defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
