NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12005131C0-42 , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein , CORDOVA GREENS V CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, AND ASSIGNEESOF BONNIE L. HOFF, Deceased, LIENORS, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BONNIE L. HOFF, Deceased are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 20 ,2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Apartment No. 305F, as shown on Condominium plat of CORDOVA GREENS V CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 38, Pages 38 through 41, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed November 27, 1979 in Official Records Book 4948, Pages 188 through 261, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
