NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on April 1, 2013 by the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 47, Eagle Cove, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 102, Page 96, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 29, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
