NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010344XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, where in U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-9, is the Plaintiff and JOSE FUNG, PHUNG DANG, JOHN DOE N/K/A RALPH DRAGO, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on June 21, 2013, beginning at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com., the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
CUMBERLAND PARK 1ST ADDITION, BLOCK 12, LOT 6 LESS THE EAST 2 FEET PER O.R. BOOK 5828, PAGE 320, TOGETHER WITH EAST 2 FEET OF LOT 7, PER O.R. BOOK 5828, PAGE 32, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 37 AND 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
