NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 9529, TIMBERWOODS CONDOMINIUM, Parcel A, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, pages 14 to 17, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4279, pages 1931 to 1966, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com AT 10:00 a.m. on September 3, 2013.
