NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-004733-CI SEC 13, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18, is Plaintiff and IGOR LUGONJA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IGOR LUGONJA; ZORAN SKELO; KOVILJKA SKELO LUGONJA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LENDSOURCE, INC.; VILLAGE LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., June 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A CONDOMINIUM UNIT DESIGNATED AS BUILDING NO. 730, UNIT 204, OF VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, (TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO) ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, DATED MARCH 2, 1979, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4829, AT PAGE 464 AND ACCORDING TO MAP OF PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUIM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 11 THROUGH 27, THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION DATED APRIL 13, 1979 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4846, PAGE 395 AND ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 92 THROUGH 107 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO.
