NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002891, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is Plaintiff and DAVID LEE HAWKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID LEE HAWKINS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA; RICHARD TODD ROGERS; PINELLAS COUNTY SHERIFF`S OFFICE; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
