NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2013, and entered in case 12-011437-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein East Lake Woodlands Cypress Estates Condominium Unit Three Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and ANDREA M. GEIGER, a/k/a ANDREA M. BAUMGARTNER; BRUCE C. BAUMGARTNER, a/k/a CALVIN B. BAUMGARTNER; HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO DIRECT MERCHANTS CREDIT CARD BANK, N.A., a corporation; NORTHSTAR CAPITAL ACQUISITIONS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A. are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 28, 2013 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of UNIT NUMBER 68, and an undivided .75757% interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, restrictions, reservations, limitations, conditions, liens, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, as recorded in Official Records Book 5039, pages 58 through 126 inclusive, and re-recorded in Official Records Book 5043, Pages 182 through 250 inclusive, and any amendments thereto and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 42, Pages 81 through 85, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
