NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21st, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522009CA003908 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC1, is Plaintiff and ELIN E. LONGO; SUNTRUST BANK; AND EUROPA OF COUNTRYSIDE, INC., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-24, BUILDING NUMBER “C”, EUROPA OF COUNTRYSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OR BOOK 5746, PAGE 1212, TOGETHER WITH DRAWINGS, GRAPHICS AND SURVEYS THAT ARE RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 117, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Property Address: 2636 Enterprise Road East #C24, Clearwater, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
