NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on May 31, 2013 by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
Unit 10104, BAY ISLE KEY CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 144 pages 1-14, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15264 page 2218, and any and all amendments attached thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 9, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
