NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-000330-CO-41 , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAY PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and CARMEN QUIARA is Defendant, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 9, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 4, Building F, of Bay Palms Condominium III, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, page(s) 77 through 79, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3872, Page 493 through 538, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
