Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-1777-CI-013 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and GEORGE RAHDERT, and the unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other party claiming by, through, under, or against the foregoing; RBC BANK (USA); GULF RESTORATION NETWORK, INC.; DEFENDERS OF WILDLIFE, INC.; WILDLIFE TRUST OF FLORIDA, LLC; ECOHEALTH ALLIANCE INC.; and LAW OFFICE OF JOHN R. THOMAS, P.A. are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 10, 2013, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 50 FEET OF LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 16, REVISED MAP OF THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS WAS FORMERLY A PART.
TOGETHER WITH:
1) EACH AND EVERY TENEMENT, HEREDITAMENT, EASEMENT, RIGHT, POWER, PRIVILEGE, IMMUNITY AND APPURTENANCE THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, AND ANY AND ALL REVERSIONS, REMAINDERS, ESTATES, RIGHTS, TITLE, INTERESTS, AND CLAIMS OF GEORGE K. RAHDERT, WHATSOEVER, IN LAW AS WELL AS IN EQUITY IN AND TO ALL OR ANY PART OF THE FOREGOING, AND ANY AND ALL BUILDINGS AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS NOW OR HEREAFTER LOCATED ON ANY PART THEREOF;
2) ALL FIXTURES NOW OR HEREAFTER LOCATED ON THE LANDS OR AFFIXED TO THE IMPROVEMENTS;
3) ALL INSURANCE POLICIES MAINTAINED WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING, INCLUDING ALL PROCEEDS THEREOF AND ANY RIGHTS TO ANY REFUND OF PREMIUMS THEREUNDER;
4) ALL RENTS, PROFITS, ISSUES, LEASES AND REVENUES OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING FROM TIME TO TIME ACCRUING, WHETHER UNDER LEASES OR TENANCIES NOW EXISTING OR HEREAFTER CREATED, TOGETHER WITH ALL LEASES AND RIGHTS UNDER LEASES;
5) ALL JUDGMENTS, AWARDS OF DAMAGES, AND SETTLEMENTS HEREAFTER MADE RESULTING FROM CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS OR THE TAKING OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING OR ANY PART THEREOF OR OF ANY RIGHT OR PRIVILEGE ACCRUING THERETO, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY AND ALL PAYMENTS FROM VOLUNTARY SALE IN LIEU OF CONDEMNATION OR THE EXERCISE OF EMINENT DOMAIN; AND
6) ALL PROCEEDS, PRODUCTS AND REPLACEMENTS OF OR ACCESSIONS TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING.
