NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007CA009145 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Dean Nelson, Jane Doe 1 n/k/a Mary Farlow, Jane Doe 2 n/k/a Elaine Tabb, John Doe 1 n/k/a Gene Rhodes, John Doe 2 n/k/a Molly Todd, The City of St. Petersburg, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
