NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08004390CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche BankNational Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Asset Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4 , is the Plaintiff and Pelican Capital Investment Group, Trustee of the Pelican Properties Land Trust Under Trust Agreement Dated 01/24/2007, Cypress Falls at Palm Harbor Condominium Association, Inc., Edwin Vogt, Unknown Beneficiaries of the Pelican Properties Land trust Under Agreement Dated 1/24/2007, are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
