COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 24, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 48'22'' WEST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 24, A DISTANCE OF 1986.53 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGRESS OO'00'' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 535.57 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 31'21'' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 110.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 00'00'' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 52.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 31'21'' WEST, A DISTANCE OF 110.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 00'00'' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 52.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before July 8, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
