NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2013, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Unit 7, Northeast “F” Wing, Building B-37 of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 43, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4657, pages 402 through 429 and according to the plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Page 37, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 3rd day of July, 2013 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
