Hansen; Rebecca A. Hansen; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
