NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, entered in Case No. 12001727CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A. as Successor to Lasalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and Nereida Diaz; Unknown Spouse of Nereida Diaz; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Franklin Financial Corp., An Op. Sub. Of MLB&T Co., FSB; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 412, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 89, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 56A THROUGH 56B, OF the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
