SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and DIETER BEAUGRAND; L. DIETER BEAUGRAND, TRUSTEE, L. DIETER BEAUGRAND REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED 3/18/05; RUTH BEAUGRAND; RUTH E. BEAUGRAND, TRUSTEE, RUTH E. BEAUGRAND REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED 3/18/05; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; GARDENS OF GULF COVE PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
