Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 9321 of Palm Isles Condominium No. 1, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2327, Page 67, and amendment recorded in O.R. Book 2788, Page 1974, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with Parking Space 1 and Storage Space 5.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of JULY, 2013, at the Charlotte County Courthouse, located at online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com. IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES
