Lot 7, Block 2819, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 45, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded Plat Book 5, Pages 56A through 56E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon BLAXBERG, GRAYSON & KUKOFF, P.A., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 25 SE 2nd Avenue, Suite 730, Miami, FL 33131, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice July 16, 2013 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
