NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 3, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-002613 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Johass, LLC, a Dissolved Illinois, LLC, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby of the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11AM or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 8 day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 3-208 of Esplanade II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3363, beginning at Page 2175, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
