YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on has been filed against you for the following property in Collier County, Florida:
Unit Week No. 30, Condominium Parcel No. 10A of The Charter Club of Naples Bay, PHASE 2, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 857, Page 324, as replatted in O.R. 1670, Page 736 and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Andrew M. Fisher, Esq., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Fisher Law, P.A., 7635 Ashley Park Court, Suite 503-N, Orlando, Florida 32835, within 30 days of first publication and to file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
