NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-886-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and NIELS E. STONE A/K/A NIELS E. STONE, IV; KIMBERLY STONE; LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; THE VERANDAS AT TIGER ISLAND CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 8 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 703, VERANDAS AT TIGER ISLAND CONDOMINIUM III, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1962, PAGE 2309-2374, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 8003 PANTHER TRAIL 703, NAPLES, FL 34113
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
