NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 3, 2013, in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-000804, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and BRADLEY SWEENEY; JOHN DOE N/K/A FRED WESSELS; JANE DOE N/K/A JODI WESSELS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples
FL 34112 on the 1st day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 224, OF GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, PART 1, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.,
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
