NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-2074 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Roger Campagnolo Jr. is the Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 1 day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said order of Final Judgment to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 941, IN BUILDING NO. 9, OF TERRACE II AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4128, PAGE 1714, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 10295 Heritage Bay Boulevard, Unit 941, Naples, FL 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
