NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4 day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009911, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF BCAP LLC TRUST 2007-AA1 is the Plaintiff and ALLEN N CRANE, MICHELLE A CRANE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 1 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 48 OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 31, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
