NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, was the Plaintiff and ELIEZER MORALES, ET AL the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Third floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 1 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 116, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
