Notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-773, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3.,is the Plaintiff and STEVE CALLOWAY, EVELYN PATRICIA CALLOWAY, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC. UNKNOWN TENANT (S) POSSESSION #1 and #2, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES are defendants.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 1st day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9. BLOCK 107. GOLDEN GATE , UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN PLAY BOOK 5, PAGES 97 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE TO THE PUBLIC RECODRS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
