NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31st, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010CA003629 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and AIMEE TOVAR-MARTINEZ, ET AL., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45 on the 3rd day of July 2013, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK D, PALMETTO ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 20 THROUGH 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
