Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-3429 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 101 of the Verandas at Quail Run, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1604, Pages 722 through 793, inclusive, and as subsequently amended or modified, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto , of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
