NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 04, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007238, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and JONG JOO LEE; KYOUNG SOOK LEE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 47, BLOCK A, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKES TRAFFORD, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 94 THROUGH 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
