NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-578 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Lobby(3rd) Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Annex Building in Naples Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 307, SUSSEX ON THE BAY, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1593, pages 976 through 1041, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the common elements appurtenant thereto, as described in the Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
