notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-2495-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Plaintiff, SOPHIA COEN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby Area, Third Floor of the Collier County, Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on July 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:
The East 180 feet of Tract No. 99, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 19, according to the Map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 77 and 78, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
