Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2013, in this cause, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 54, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 AT PAGES 75 AND 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale on July 8, 2013, at eleven o'clock a.m., in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in paragraph 4, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
