NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5th, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012CA000972AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and GEORGE WIDUNAS, ET AL., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11 a.m. on July 5th, 2013 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK A, ORCHARD PLACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 301, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PORTION CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED AT THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1114, PAGE 3445, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS, OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR STATE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
